How to Submit a Public Comment

• Find the application here 

• Filter to Plan Type "Legislative Application" and Plan Status "In Review" 

• Click the Plan on the map

• Select the green "Submit Comment" link on the left hand side
   

Tips for Writing a Strong Comment:

• Be concise (1–3 short paragraphs).

• Reference the Comprehensive Plan or zoning intent (e.g., Transition Policy Area should buffer neighborhoods, not host heavy utilities).

• Share your personal perspective on how the project impacts your family, home, or daily life.

• Stay respectful and solution-oriented.
  
  

Example Comment:

Data centers and substations are not compatible with residential neighborhoods, schools, and parks due to the visual and noise impacts. I ask that the Board reject this application and ensure that growth happens in appropriate, planned areas.
